Nick Nuspl represented my Mom in her divorce, taking her case via change of council after a bad experience from a previous attorney. In a little over a month, Nick helped my Mom settle in mediation after wasting 8 months with the previous attorney. After putting it off for years, I finally decided to have my Will and Powers of Attorney done. Picking Nicholas Nuspl was the best decision I've made in a very long time. He was so down to earth, I would be surprised if he wore socks! (only joking) He made me very comfortable, never talked down to me, and the documents were perfect and waiting for my signature when I arrived. His office is professional without being overboard, the staff are wonderful, and patient with the clients. (A must in today hectic world.) And he reminded me that now I have an attorney. We went into what we thought would be an easy probate however after probate it got ugly due to a certain financial institution. Nick and Emily were great to answer questions and be quick with getting us time sensitive documents needed to meet IRS laws.
