Edit: After: I lowered this score because in the thick of things hidden fees and charges occured and after a certain point I feel the office itself dropped the ball. I wish I didn't have to lower my original rating, however when it was all said and done I didn't feel we were given 100%. Before: They are very reassuring, patient and understanding with their clients. They will stand up for the little guy and do what is right by you and for you. A complete blessing hidden in a small town.
