He used a very good client attorney relationship, as the referring attorney, has and is very upstanding, to fleece me out of everything. Morrison accepted my case, which, my mother had passed away leaving me her beneficiary, but without a will. I am her only child, and their was only one remaining relative, her sister. I hired him in early June, and he drug his feet on this, my aunt passed away that thanksgiving. Christmas came and went, and finally, it was "go track down everyone who knew her for short periods of time." I was doing this, and as he charged me for every minute I consulted him, eating the retainer, I spent a month without contacting him. I then received a withdrawal from the case notice. I spoke with other attorneys, who said he should morally refund all of my retainer, I have requested this through certified mail, and phone. He does not return my calls. I made a complaint and appeal to the State Bar, who did not find him legally negligable, I will file a civil lawsuit to reclaim the funds, however, I shouldn't have too. He is a lying cheapskate, don't use him.
