Went to court after 26 months only to be denied my claim, by the Administrative Law Judge though I was PROVEN to have disabilities. I was not impressed with my attorney's lack of response and representation. They advised me it would be better not to file an appeal with Appeals Council, because they usually side with the first decision, but file a new application and start over which will result in loosing any back time accrued, but would be happy to help again with the new claim if needed to go to court. So much for fighting for your rights, huh?

He has a great staff. They stay in touch with you the whole time you are waiting to go to court. Mr. Booker is very straight forward with you. He's honest with you. I would give him 5 but we haven't been to court yet lol. I definitely recommend him.
