Review: Went to court after 26 months only to be denied my claim, by the Administrative Law Judge though I was PROVEN to have disabilities. I was not impressed with my attorney's lack of response and representation. They advised me it would be better not to file an appeal with Appeals Council, because they usually side with the first decision, but file a new application and start over which will result in loosing any back time accrued, but would be happy to help again with the new claim if needed to go...
