It is said that the choices we make decide the fate of our future. I made a perfect choice hiring Attorney Ronald Hoffman which entirely changed the course of my case where I was involved in a minor accident between my vehicle and another vehicle. I was driving for my interview and I met with a minor collision with another car. The time was not on my side and with lot of things going on in my head I left the scene without exchanging information. Lady of the car got my license and called the police. Soon thereafter, I received a call from the police investigating me for a violation of the Vehicle Code Section 20002(a) Hit and Run.

After a long wait Mr. Hoffman finally called the lady and got her to sign the civil compromise. With a little bit of luck on my side, the lady seemed really nice but more important was Mr. Hoffman’s magical words that lead her to sign the agreement.
Mr. Hoffman then set to work negotiating with the victim; in the end, the victim agreed to accept compensation and sign an agreement indicating she was satisfied with the arrangement even though I did not compensate her. It did not stop there, the D.A decided not to drop the case until the victim was fully compensated. During that time the things were slow and Mr. Hoffman really asked me to be patient with the situation. The Victim finally contacted me and I compensated her completely. When Mr. Hoffman provided the agreement signed by the victim to the court the case against me was DISMISSED. I never admitted guilt, I never suffered a conviction and I was not required to pay any money to the court.

If you are reading this right now you are probably in need of some type of legal help so I am writing this for you, because I was recently in the same situation. I am a college student that got in a little bit of trouble (ok maybe not so little) early this year. I tried to "fix" things on my own with the help of other not-so-reliable people and only found myself in more trouble than I had started with. Desperately, I starting looking online and calling around for free consultations on what I need to do. I knew I found the right person as soon as Ronald Hoffman picked up the phone. I had experience the worst when it comes to the law. I was looking at a 2nd DUI with Injury (Felony) and was by far the scariest moment in my life. I was calling around different attorney offices and not a single one had the decency to take the time to speak with me. I called a good friend of mine and he mention to give Ron Hoffman a call.

When I called his office and spoke to Joanie who made me feel VERY comfortable over the phone by the way. Not even 10 minutes goes by and I already was getting a call from Ron Hoffman and I spent over an hour with him over the phone. My heart was beating so fast but after talking with Ron, my nerves began to calm down. He was very professional not only regarding the law but in life. It took the DA 3 months to file the charges and originally the charges should of been a Felony but Ron got them to drop it to a Misdemeanor right off the bat which was huge deal. That right there (My Friend) is impressive because if it was not easy by any means for Mr.Hoffman, I literally would of been screwed over by simply going with a public defender.

The next step was getting me into DUI court and Mr. Hoffman negotiated to the DA since he thought it would be a good fit for me. Not only did we go and find out that they would not accept me in DUI court because of my charge (23153) DUI with Injury and both Harbor and Westminster courts in (Orange County). So far it has been 12 months dealing with this case.

Here it is the last and final attempt to try and work out a deal. Mr.Hoffman does the Unthinkable and got the DA to drop my charges from a (23153) DUI with Injury to a (23152) Regular DUI. That is really amazing because it is not an easy task to pull off a move like that. I was orginally looking at doing 240 days in jail to him dropping it down all the way to 75 days in jail. Yes I know this is not idea but it is better than the other alternatives the DA was wanting.

He took my case head on from the moment I called his office. I was involved in an accidental hit and run where I was unaware of the injury. Every step of the way, Ron guided me through an almost two year long investigation and court settlement process and was constantly by my side through out every crossroad.
