I had decide to go with this law firm because it was recomended by my husbands co-worker. They talked highly of them but i thought differently after being with them for 5 monyhs. Never got a called back when i called by the person handling my case. The girls from oxnard where actually nice and willing to help all the time. Thre actual attorney wanted to settle my case after 5 months. He didnt even know what was wrong with me until i had told him and opened my chart rt. Infront of me. He told me to settle for 20 thousand and run with it . at this point i knew he was in it for easy money. He doesnt care about you. I needed three surgery and he thinks 20,000 sounds fair enough for me to get, i think not! Fired him the next day.... Was not good enough for me!!!!

RUN!!! Stay clear of the lying thieving people....Nothing but lies from day one. Staff continually lied to me. Tony is a joke, he should have been disbarred. HE chose to NO Longer represent me, and said if I could find another attorney who would take my case he would forfeit all fees. This was difficult because of how bad He screwed up my case. But I did and he, the lowlife, still got money that WAS NOT owed to him. Because of him my case was settled way to early and I did not get the medical attention PROMISED to me.He is a punk, to say the least.But hey he sleeps with money in his pocket, no matter what the cost..... Don't waste your time Attornet Peyman was representing a workers comp case at a large LA hospital he didn't help at all !!! I called to discuss the case and I was given the run around by his staff and never transferred to him. I needed to discuss an extremely urgent matter concerning the case and was lied to by his staff saying he was in court and when I asked to be transferred to his voice mail he accidently picked up the phone and I heard him discussing me
saying "this lady is driving me crazy"
after confronting him on his opinion of me he lied and said that he was not discussing me was on his way out and could not talk I hurriedly slipped my urgent matter and he then said he was no longer interested in representing me and that he would be sending over the papers to drop my case.
He was completely unaware of the4 circumstances of my case didn't even know the basic details he should to have ever come in contact with my case and then at the end had the nerve to speck ill of my and drop the ball and my case.
DONT WASTE YOU TIME SEEK REPRESENTATION ELSWHERE
