Really bad customer service I give them minus CERO star. I called spoke with TERESA explain my case and she said It is usually ayear max from the surgery date so let me make sure. At the beginning she said they did take malpractice cases but because it had been a couple of days past the years was going to ask the lawyer. But she asked me to get all my drs records And pictures. Asked me for my email ,gave me her fax number so Dr. Can fax records to her. She put me on hold for a few minutes and hang up on me and never called me back. How unprofessional is that. I had to called her back and asked her why she hang up and never called me back. Didn't say anything just said how can I help you. Told her. About my case and said we don't take malpractice. I said that is not what you said last time we spoke. she didn't know what to say and then sHe said I am sorry. Just to get out of the situation. B WARE.
