I hired Michael to register a few trademarks for me over 10 years ago, and so far so good: none of my trademarks have been challenged to date. Doing it right the first time is exactly what I wanted. When I first spoke to Michael I knew right away he was the guy to hire. He explained that not only did your trademark application have to be correctly worded, it also had to be filed in the right category. There are also office actions from the trademark office that have to answered, or otherwise your application can stall. He was right there for me all the way through the process, and his office sends reminders when the trademark renewals are due. I'm very happy with his service.

horrible attorney. represented me on a case. figured he would do a good job because he's related to me. i was quite wrong. he lost to a disbarred attorney. apparently, our loss quite significant because it was quoted in literature. I suffered greatly because of this loss and he showed little or no remorse. I wish i had done things differently.

I filed for a tradename five years ago using the most prestigious Los Angeles Trademark law firm. While they secured my patent, their billing methods left much to be desired.
