When you first meet G Donath he is very personable and will tell you all the methods, tactics and legalities he is going to use to fight for your case. I ADVISE YOU HAVE HIM WRITE EVERYTHING HE STATES IN YOUR CONTRACT! G Donith will tell you anything he can to get you to sign his very vague contract and get your money. Once he has your money you will realize that he does show up for court, but all the things he stated during your consultation will never happen. G Donith will not follow through with anything he said once he has your money and contact with him personally will seize to exist.G Donath will try to push you through the legal system as fast as he can and will give in to the first offer the DA gives him. G Donith doesnt research nor fight for you. He is the typical smooth talking lawyer that just wants money and cares nothing for his clients when it comes down to their legal rights.

First of all, my family and I want to thank Mr. Graham Donath for his great help to us especialy to my oldest brother. My brother’s wife called a police on him a month ago saying that he pushed her and hit her minor cousin. The police arrested him for one day. We paid a bail for him, so the police released him the second day. We immediately looked for a criminal attorney. Used him twice, and both times got the case dismissed!

I was referred to Graham's office by a friend of mine, and a former client of his. Immediately after being arrested, and posting bail, I retained Mr. Donath's services. His office did me the favor of contacting the DA's office every single week for me FOR ALMOST AN ENTIRE YEAR, to see if they filed charges, in order to prevent me from missing court and/or getting a warrant. The district attorney finally filed against me, and I was facing 2 felonies, as well as a misdemeanor and an additional misdemeanor probation violation. They initially offered me 18 months in state prison, but Mr. Donath presented examples of case law proving that they had incorrectly filed the charges against me, and that they could not charge me with felonies, given the circumstances. The DA refused to relent, but so did Mr. Donath. After having the case referred to a new Judge for review of this discrepancy, I was only convicted of 1 misdemeanor, and also the misdemeanor probation violation, receiving only fines, community service, and a 60 day jail sentence. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Donath's office kept me informed of all updates, my representation was always early to court, and showed great professionalism and knowledge of the law. Mr. Donath and his team proved I could trust them, and I would refer them to anyone and anyone who is looking for a CAPABLE and TRUSTWORTHY criminal law lawyer. Graham Donath has helped my family and myself tremendously with any legal issues we have had. He has gotten 3 felonies reduced to misdemeanors and no jail time on each case I’ve used him on. I’ve referred him to family and friends where he has reduced offers of state time to probation violations with no jail time. He was referred to another family member who was looking at serious DUI time,(5 years) and reduced it to a rehab program with minimum time served. He helped my brother go from 12 years to a reduced concurrent sentence. I will not use or recommend another lawyer. I highly recommend to anyone who has family or friends in need of help. Nobody could have handled my case better! I guess I'll start with a basic premise at the beginning of this review: there is almost never a good time to "need" an attorney. Thank goodness we found Graham!. As happy as I am with the outcome of my case, I would have written the same review if it didn't go as well.

I was able to get an appointment right away with Graham and his legal assistant. They set up an appointment to meet with my husband and me within a couple of days.

His demeanor and knowledge of the laws immediately decreased our anxiety level. He was obviously familiar with the different aspects of our situation and was able to answer all of our questions and lay out the entire court process and was able to provide an opinion as to what he thought the outcome would be. His fees are very reasonable, especially when compared to his experience and dedication.

He was on time for all of our appointments and attended all court appointments. Either Graham or his legal assistant would call us after every court day or if any major happenings came up. All of our phone calls were returned in a timely manner. His office is right near Riverside court but in an area near abundant curb side parking (1.50 an hour).

Looking back on the case, I can't think of anything Graham could have done differently. I am incredibly happy with the outcome and would go back (hopefully won't ever need to) to Graham or recommend him to anyone that might ever need his services in a split second.
