I was in an accident a week before Christmas, my car was totaled and my arm was broken in several places. Therefore I was in need of a couple of pretty serious surgeries. Having never been in a car accident and being completely lost as to where I even begin, I was referred to Samer' Law Firm by a co-worker. Within hours of being released from the hospital they had sent someone to my home to take a statement, to began what was a seamless process that surprisingly required very little from me which I was thankful for considering I was out of work for the next 5 weeks with my injuries. It was one of the best decisions i have made this year. They literally took care of everything for me. Jazmine who was taking care of my case was constantly staying in touch with me throughout the entire process and made everything as easy as can be. They set me up with a great chiropractor too!! Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. My father contacted them due to a medical malpractice case. Jazmine took days to respond to the emails stating that they were still looking through my fathers medical records and apologized as to why it had taken a while to do so. I had to contact her back to see what was going on after days of not hearing back. She then stated (DAYS LATER) that they did not take these type of cases. When she could have stated that from the get go instead of wasting our time. I'm sure they are great with other cases but they did waste my time and I do not appreciate that as this is a very serious matter and it is important to us.

I had a phone consultation with this law office and they were rude the minute they did not see money in it for them.... They do not have good business manners, if they knew better they would have simply declined my case, versus cutting me off and talking to me in a tone of voice that makes me feel below them... and then hanging up on me.
