He came off very Knowledgeable, confident and seemed concerned for my welfare after my car accident. To be completely honest I wasn't sure if he was putting on a show to get me as a client or if he was sincere. Turned out that he was very sincere. Mr. Vargas was very hands on. If I had concerns or questions he would return calls. Never made me feel rushed to get get off the phone and always was honest with me. He told me that he would do his best to get as much money in my pocket as possible. He lived up to that promise and then some. However, towards the very end Mr Vargas gave me an amount that he was trying for. He also said he would do best to get even more. Again, I wasn't sure he mean't that or if they were just words to make me feel that he was working hard and it wouldn't come to be. Mr. Vargas came through in a huge way. I would of been happy if we came close to what the bar was set at. I became extatic when I learned the final numbers that got put into my pockets.
