Joe represented me and 3 other guys who opted out of a labor - class action involving off clock work and OT, against a good sized corporation with several corporate attorneys on hand. This was a messy case that involved several fictitious cases along with it, ranging from creating a Cabal to Trade secrets and boxes of boxes filled with thousands hand written notes/evidence.
