I have been a client of Jeremy Roark for several years now with my divorce, child support, custody case and modifications. I even followed him from his previous firm to HBP because he is the BEST. If you are looking for a family law attorney you won't be let down with Jeremy Roark at HBP.

My daughter's mother moved out of state during her pregnancy. Once my daughter was born, she refused to cooperate with me, even a little. I needed to beg and plead for time with my daughter. Jeremy and his amazing team helped me navigate through the overwhelming process of out of state custody and visitation. The relationship I have with my daughter, now, exists because Jeremy fought for me. Fathers have rights. and he fought for mine. Thank you

The short answer: These guys are aggressive and experienced so you don’t have to be. I hired them to help me with custody, visitation, and father’s rights issues. It was the best decision I ever made. So if you don’t have a clue where to start and you have Need a family lawyer to help with custody issues, visitation, and father’s rights in California then you need to hire this law firm. They delivered on everything they said they would. Remember, peace of mind is priceless!! Hiring Kristen Holstrom gave me peace of mind. Forget 5 stars, these guys get 10 stars! It doesn’t have to be Mother’s Day everyday in court. As a man whi hired this winning firm, I can emphatically report it was not!! Ryan S.
I can't say enough about Sharon Anderson. She seriously stepped up and took my worries away. She came recommended and didn't disappoint. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I retained this firm in April 2019 to represent me after my pathological liar of an ex and the vindictive attorney representing her put in a renewal request for lifetime DVRO based on her being scared amongst several other false allegations to further alienate me from our 1.5 year old son and prevent me from EVER having a normal relationship with our son. Dayn Holstrom and his staff agreed to a "free consultation" and convinced me they could help by assigning me to one of the most expensive attorneys in the firm Matthew Bogosian CFLS and the most expensive paralegal in the firm Christie Kaiser, I guess the look of desperation on my face made me an easy mark in their eyes. Come to find out this free consultation cost me $1500. I didn't say anything about the fee because I assumed they could actually help me. After 2 continuances and over 20k+ in fees we finally went to trial in August 2019. I had provided documentation and facts to the firm to represent me in a competent manner. Low and behold right before trial I'm approached by Matthew Bogosian asking me to stipulate to a 5 year DVRO, to which I refused and was completely disappointed on why I even retained the firm. Cross examination of opposing party was pitiful. Direct examination of me was equally pathetic. Only 1 objection was proffered by Matthew. I could immediately tell Matthew was completely unprepared to represent me which was reflected in the renewal of the DVRO. I was better off representing myself and completely regret retaining this firm. Complete waste of money with no results whatsoever. This firm will nickle and dime you for everything yet they don't care about your children, you, or your situation as I quickly found out. Shortly after the trial I was informed the firm needed more money from me, at that point I fired them. Again complete waste of money.

I first heard about Holstrom, Block and Parke doing an online search looking for a good law firm that would represent me for probate court. I reached out and set up an in-person meeting with one of their lawyers at their office in Corona. When I arrived I knew right away I was going to be in good hands. The receptionist was very friendly, showed me to their comfy waiting room and gave me a bottle of water. So far, so good. The lawyer I was meeting with showed up on time and was very communicative and helpful with understanding the reasons that brought me there. From there, they helped me with my case writing demand letters trying to get the opposing party to simply do what they were required to do by law. As a beneficiary, I was entitled to information and was victim of a family member who committed fraud and grand theft embezzlement against my father's trust. I was completely unsure of what to do, I had never sued anyone before and thankfully the team at HBP walked me through it.
While I won't say that having to sue someone is affordable, I was at least happy with the rates HBP provided, especially in comparison to other law firms I had researched that were a lot more costly. They were also very good at communication, getting back to me in a timely manner and understanding my concerns. Affordability was a big concern of mine, so whenever I had a basic question that didn't require the main lawyers input I would be helped by another representative there who was on a lower rate. This certainly helped as things would get more expensive with the process involved.
Throughout this process, things did get more difficult as one would expect when having to go to court and the costs involved. It got a little bumpy when my lawyer left the law firm due to being offered a position as a judge, but I was quickly reassured that everything would be a smooth transition with my replacement. I was a bit nervous at first, but when I went back into their office I was quickly greeted by Kayla who did an amazing job reassuring me that everything was going to continue smoothly as planned. Kayla also informed me that if I had any questions or concerns that she would address them and at no cost. This was a huge relief for me and really helped to reassure me that I was cared about as their client. I later reached out to Kayla with some questions and she was always quick to give me a call and provide answers I was looking for. Dayn Holstrom had reached out to me directly as well to discuss the changes to the case and to reassure me as well which was also very comforting.
In addition to Kayla and Dayn's professionalism, I was also very happy with my replacement lawyer Samantha Larkin. She was quick to pick up the torch and catch up on my case and took it very seriously. She also made sure to explain things throughly and as quickly as possible to help avoid any unnecessary costs. In the end, I was able to get the opposing council to provide a settlement worth more than their original offer. Let's face it, going to court is not fun, costly and time consuming. Thankfully, Holstrom, Block and Parke was able to help me through the entire process and get me justice for my father. I am happy I chose them as my law firm and that I got the results I was hoping for.

I came in need of a family law attorney upon coming to the end of my marriage with a vindictive, uncooperative opposing party (OP) who consistently plays victim and is incapable of any sort of compromise or reasonable communication. After consulting with 4 different family law firms, I selected Attorney NaKesha Ruegg from Holstrom, Block & Parke, ALPC (HBP Law) as my legal counsel for 2 cases involving matters of dissolution of marriage, child custody, child support, alimony, division of property, domestic violence, and everything else that comes along with a contentious divorce. As a veteran, I also sought recommendation from the local Veteran Center who specifically recommended Attorney NaKesha Ruegg in dealing with matters such as mine. Attorney NaKesha Ruegg has been an exceptional strategist when approaching the matters of my cases. I’ve been working with Attorney NaKesha Ruegg and her support staff (Ms. Julie Gutierrez) for the past year, and I’ve observed that they are well experienced with the ins and outs of family law. Attorney NaKesha Ruegg presents her argument well in court, works well to communicate with the OP, and will fight tooth and nail to advocate in the best interest of her clients.

I found myself facing a contempt case filed by my child’s father after 4 years custody battle and I needed to find an attorney that was fair, strong, professional, and most importantly, compassionately human. I found all these characteristics in Mr. Daniel McCammon who was assigned to me by the law firm he works for Holstrom Block and Parke, one of the most prestigious and aggressive law firms.
Right from our initial consultation, I knew Mr. McCammon was the right attorney for me. He listened attentively, asked good questions, and really made me feel at ease. I didn't want someone who was egotistical or vengeful. I needed someone that would immerse themselves in my particular situation and case, and diligently follow through. Not to mention someone that exhibits extreme intelligence, knowledge, and experience.
Throughout the process, I was always kept updated and informed about the proceedings and what to expect next. I found Mr. McCammon and his capable staff especially Miss Margo Emil to be readily accessible and responsive to any of my needs and inquiries. His administrative and professional staff demonstrated the upmost professionalism and courtesy.
Although my case became much more involved and drawn out than I would have ever expected, I was relieved and so thankful to have Mr. McCammon as my representative and advocate. I truly enjoyed working with him, and was quite pleased with the resolution and outcome. We hit a Home Run Today! And if you win it says all about your attorney. Mr. McCammons fees and billings were also extremely fair, considering I was facing a contempt case, and he had the whole team on board, literarily!
I would highly recommend Mr. Daniel McCammon from Holstrom Block and Parke law firm to anyone seeking one of the most top-notched attorneys in Riverside or San Bernardino counties.

Holstrom, Block & Parke's "entire" law firm staff have displayed the upmost knowledge and professionalism as a team when handling my case. As well as compassion and respect for ones situation (as every divorce matter differs from one extreme to the other).
Don't just call and get a feel, make it to your initial consultation and you will have a great first impression and a "real" feel.
You face to face impression and comfort level is what matters when hiring an attorney who will know your deepest past issues and true feelings towards legal matters.
At Holstrom, Block & Parke you have the advantage of a variation of attorneys. Because of my positive experience with regards to my divorce case, I when on to hire the firms representing probate attorney.
My only advise to each and everyone (considering I previously worked with a Bankruptcy Law Firm and was a great experience) Be patient, yet clear with your requests. Communication is the key, as every case needs much of the clients involvement as well as the attorney. My focus was, always understating my case surely was not the firms only case. Although, each case deserves undivided attention, keeping in mind other case circumstances allows a better understanding of possible delays here and there. It happens at any firm. Just know that Holstrom, Block & Parke and its staff members will be there for you every step of the way with compassion and excellent end result service

Samantha McBride was very knowledgeable and helpful with me over the phone and they were able to explain even complex stuff like in the event of a divorce, who would get my dogs. Holstrom Block and Parke seemed to have the details down pat and gave me the confidence that I could trust them handling my family law matter. Great work!

I worked with the attorneys at Holstrom, Sissung & Block for over a year. They are compassionate, explain the hard issues for you to completely understand what you are getting into and really fought to help me. I had such a great experience. Most people don't like to talk about their family law matters, but I would tell everyone I know to use these guys no matter how small or large you "think" your case might be. Protect yourself and your family, this firm did for me!

I had a bad divorce agreement with my ex-spouse that she was not living up to but was actually trying to make worse for me in terms of time with my kids and finances. I hired Dayn due to overwhelmingly positive reviews of his knowledge of the law and past successes.
Dayn gave me a frank assessment of my situation, which was very difficult due to my bad decision to sign the earlier agreement. He and his team laid out a plan and tried to negotiate a fair settlement with the opposing side. They would not agree to a fair agreement and we had to go to court.
Prior to court, Dayn explained the tricks the other side would try to pull and prepared me for what we could likely expect from the ruling. And then he won... on EVERYTHING.
I can't promise you that Dayn will win every case. I can promise you that there is no one better to have on your side than Dayn and his team.

Kristen helped me get shared physical and legal custody of my 1 year old. Kristen is always on top of things. I always knew what was going on with my case, and she explained things to me, if I did not understand. She was able to get more custody than I would have ever thought a father could get. She is excellent! I will be going back to her if/when I need representation, without a doubt. Kristen was able to look at the big picture; not only was she able to get me what I asked for, right now, she also had the long term benefits in mind.

This firm provided a hard-working attorney who did a good job handling my child custody and support case. They were almost always available when I needed to speak with them and they promptly returned my phone calls when they weren't. They also sometimes worked long hours to assist me on my case. They listened to my requests and did what they could to try to obtain them. I would recommend this firm for family law needs.

I have been divorced for almost 4 years now and the X wife and I had a set child support order issued by the Judge in our divorce decree from the state we were divorced in. I am still a resident of that state but she decided to move to CA and live. We both had an agreement that with my new job, I would increase the child support to her monthly and all was well and we would keep it out of court. Well this past June, she changed her mind and wanted to collect twice the amount of child support that I was paying and she filed it through the court in CA. I needed an attorney, a professional attorney that knew exactly what to do with my situation. Not living in CA and knowing nothing of the state, I started surfing the web and reading different reviews of attorneys in the area and found hands down that Holstrom, Sissung, Marks & Anderson, APLC was and is the perfect choice. I called the firm and was handled by attorney Kristen Ashleigh Holstrom-Fiebiger. She listened to my case, and after a few emails and phone calls back and forth for information purposes, she was on the job. I was unable to attend court due to my job and she was there to represent me both times. Through her vast knowledge and experience, the case ended up being dismissed. Kristen was up front with me the whole time and made me aware of the different outcomes that could result. Kristen and her team were very professional, polite and caring at all times throughout my case. I highly recommend the firm of Holstrom, Sissung, Marks & Anderson, APLC to anyone looking for professional experience and knowledge from a professional experienced law firm.
