Hired them to represent me in a false criminal allegation. They brought it down to as far as the DA was willing to go, without going to trial. Overall they're helpful, and willing to do payment plans after the initial deposit. The criminal justice system sucks overall. Everyone's guilty first, unless you got money to fight for you.

I was charged with DUI. Michael Scaffidi and his team of lawyers appeared on my behalf 16 times in pre-trial court and another 6-10 times at my DMV hearing(The DMV kept delaying us for a number of reasons). I was never asked for a cent more than they had quoted me in the beginning. I was never pressured to take a deal so they could move on over the TWO years they were helping me. They got me a plea of DRY reckless driving. I took the deal along with DUI school. The lady teaching the course said she had never heard of anyone getting a dry reckless plea in the 10 years she had been teaching the class. I would highly reccomend Michael Scaffidi's office.
