Approximately 1 year ago I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I was arrested and was charged with 2 felony counts. In a few words, I lost my temper and I hurt my troubled 17 year old son. My kids were taken from me and I had to move out of my home for nine months! Do to my work in hospitals and school districts any felony would surely get me fired. Would not go back again. I was going through a horrible child custody battle and unfortunately Mr Fernando didn't do anything for me. I paid him over 3000 but did not achieve anything. Absolutely amazing. I had a 30 minute consultation where he gave much more information than expected. We went over the case about tenant/landlord issues and he explained how much it would cost to go through with it. Fernando was very calm and listened thoroughly. He let me know my options and how it may not be in my best interest to continue as I may lose. Played "devil's advocate" to show me the failings in the case.

Fernando Bernheim, based on all the positive reviews I called to schedule a consultation. I informed the receptionist of my questions and inquired about your rates and was told to bring any contracts/documents to my appointment and that there was no charge for consultation. When you finally came out to get me, you were not cordial or polite at all. In fact, you demeanor was more like I was about to waste your time. You never introduced yourself, you referred to me as ma'am and not once by my first or last name, you didn't shake my hand nor offer me a seat when I entered your office, and abruptly provided your retainer fee as if I couldn't afford your services. As I spoke, you just frowned and responded with very minimal words. You would not look at my documents to inform if your services were needed. My question is, why do you offer consultations at no charge if you're just going to be rude and disrespectful to a potential cilent? Honestly, I'm unsure why you felt compelled to be rude and unprofessional. I surmise that my gender or ethnicity made you provide such horrible customer service on a level of complete disrespect.
