I started this process myself, I was filed for child custody after 11 1/2 years of having Sole Legal and Physical custody. Needless to say I was shocked and caught off guard and had no idea what to do. I was concerned I was filed on because I had filed for child support for the first time and didn't know what to do. The starting process was long, scary and I was piecing things together beings this process was new to me. Finally I decided I needed help, an attorney. Julia Miranda worked tirelessly on my case and took a personal interest in the safety of my children. I have had other attorneys, but none can compare to her in her knowledge, compassion, and genuine desire to help. I didn't have the ability to pay and she came up with a plan that was more than fair and gave me the time I needed to pay off my fees. It was all the proof I needed to see that, although she has to make a living, she's much more interested in doing what's right and helping people in the courtroom. One of the worst lawyers. A fool in the courtroom. She doesnt know anything always searching things on internet. After you pay her shes really rude and unprofessional and then she says she cant work for free and comes up with all these new charges

What a disappointment. When I first found this attorney online I thought she was a God sent. I thought wow she seems compassionate and really seems to want to make a difference in the community especially assisting people who really are not able to afford high attorney fees. At the time she had a standard fee which we paid. Since she had no assistants or employees working for her she did it all herself which is fine, but she seemed very frustrated and after a while seemed annoyed. She did her job which I'm sure was not easy. Once this part was done she did not want to continue her services because what we paid was not enough and she "couldn't continue working for free!!!" She could have told us she needed to charge more which we would have paid, but instead she decided she just didn't want to deal with us anymore!
