At first everything was great then when we went to the bank to get things legal with the trust they being the Bank would not except the trust because of some corrections that were not re typed I have been trying to get this corrected no one is answering my calls its going on a year in July

We hired Mrs Thompson’s service to do a quit claim deed she said the papers were lost that was not our fault yet we payed her 240 dollars from there when my mom passed away hired her again to do probate papers she didn’t do anything for me she won’t answr my calls she had told me I had court dic and I went my name wasn’t even in the list she won’t answer my calls or messages she charged me 190 dollars again refuses to return my money she’s not professional at all I’m demanding my money back she won’t answr me at all have been calling her sinc 12/2018 don’t hire her services she’s not professional at all and I still want my money back and mrs Thompson answer my calls and give me my money back please my almost 400 dollars it’s me Rebeca

I have no complaint about the legal paperwork they prepared for me. Just be advised that they are a document preparation business only. I had to go to court solo (without legal representation) and they were not really equipped to properly advise. They told me to show up on the date and time listed on the paperwork. This is fine but the average person is not aware that in certain cases you need to respond the day before. There are at least two departments i.e. dept. 11 and one other that post tentative rulings the day before. This means that you have to log onto a website or place a call to the courthouse by 3:30-4:00pm the day before to request the judge to hear your side. If you fail to do this and show up as noted in paperwork... you may be out of luck. This means that a judgement or decision against you may have been rendered. Bottom line no matter which department you are reporting to "double check" to be sure it won't be ruled on the day before. If you have an attorney he will already know, but if you are "solo" do you homework. This just happened to me and I wanted to help the next person. The National Legal Institute was unaware of the potential for this to be done... so I got the short end of the stick. Good Luck !
