Samuel was not only great to work with, he was awesome! He really went out of his way for my client and me. We had a pretty complicated cloud of title due to one of the owners passing away. Samuel was about to draw up the power of attorney with the correct verbiage, send out the notary to meet my client and also went to the title company to take a picture for the escrow company. The last one he did for no charge. Best of all his company quoted me much less than the first company I called for double the service. Again, he was incredible to work with.

I love this place. I had gone somewhere else and they charged me more then Sam did and messed up my paperwork. And it took longer to get my divorce done. But Sam took no time at all and listened to my story and charged me a small fee and got it done quickly and accurately and now my divorce is done. Thanks Sam.
