Absolutely aweful experience. I went in, paid for a consultation, from there it was communication all with his paralegal whom I provided copies of everything everything too for the case to help including a time line, police records, court docs, etc... received a draft not in order and the paralegal initially had no idea of all I was seeking (lack of internal communication) I revised the draft and kept being told I would hear back.... nothing the atty was in trials or on vacation is what I received...over a month later and them holding on to 5,000 retainer I pointed out my concerns to find a email from the attorney dropping my case after a whole month and not one thing filed and I did most of the work and over a thousand dollars invoiced to me for errors and limited communication involved to conclude with him dropping my case versus helping protect my kiddos which he contracted and was retained to do. This is a awful resource and I do not recommend you waste your time and money especially if you are female. There is a stigmatic mannerism experienced.

Lisa Monnette was my attorney for my divorce and I couldn’t have asked for better representation! We were always on the same page throughout the lengthy process of my case which lasted way longer than it should have because my ex-wife was making unreasonable demands. Lisa always listened to me and fully understood what I wanted and continually kept me updated throughout my case. She was very quick to respond to any questions or issues I had and offered very practical and common-sense suggestions for our counter offers which helped speed up the process without dragging out the case even longer. And even after my divorce was final, I still had some questions for her that she quickly answered for me! Seems the 5stars are for Russ Welk and Vanessa, not Mr. Lincoln. We, too, had an absolutely awful experience. We paid the retainer, but had no money for food, how to pay utility bills or phone service, and we got no help or information from Mr. Lincoln or his paralegal. Answers to questions were minimal, ignored or denied stating we don't provide that service. The only response to calls for help in handling threatening phone calls and other abuses was they were expediting paperwork, but still took a month and half to file for divorce with no explanation and nill communication. Two weeks before court date, was contacted by Lincoln himself who tried to force a signature on some documents without explanation of rights or discussing his plan for defense. Then we got Lincoln's email dropping the case, all that nothing for $3000. Thanks.

Russell and his team have been nothing but amazing during this process of my case. My case was very hectic and had lots of detailed information that had been mixed up throughout the years. In a short period of time, he was able to get some detailed information from our past court dates to assist with our current case. After months of hard work and investigation. The court case was awarded in my favor. I was really doubtful because of how harsh the allegations were but Russell was phenomenal in court! Have used them through an employer funded prepaid legal program to assist in settling some debt matters. They did require a $150 court and processing fee but you usually get about half of that back. Have had 3 cases so far processed through them and they did a great job.
