He is very prepared and has lots of experience in the criminal arena. He’ll review case with you and will let you know what consequences you’ll be facing. He’s a very honest individual.

I was a client of Gabriel's many year's ago. He was the best thing to happen for me at that time, when I really needed an experience attorney. I can't thank you enough.

Warning- Do not trust this man with your legal future. Save your money. First this man sells himself as trial lawyer. He was hired specifically for trial, after 2 deals from state were already declined. Once hired, I had minimal contact with Mr. Valdez for a little over a year, the duration of my case. During that year of games between Mr. Valdez and the courts, he made every and any attempt to avoid trial. The one week he set aside for trial preparation, he focused on one aspect of my case. Day of master calendar, jury selection was the next day, all of a sudden his concern is something i hadn't heard prior to that day, turns out he was misleading my family and I, pressuring a deal. The deal was reluctantly accepted. The very next day, the lie fell apart, tried to withdraw the deal. It took a week to finally contact Mr. Valdez, at that time he informs nothing can be done until sentencing(another lie). Day of sentencing, the judge addresses the attempted withdrawal. Mr Valdez says "I don't have anything to say, but maybe my client does". Thrown right under the bus by the man hired to represent and even speak for me. Sure enough this man can't be reached since sentencing. Our court system is broken and crooked enough without bringing this Schyster into the Mix.
