I contacted Petersen Johnson Law Firm after my car accident. From day one they were very personable and caring. The assistant assigned to my case, Susan, was very attentive and answered all of my questions in a clear manner. As for my actual lawyer, Brad Johnson, he was even more helpful and eager to help. He maintained contact with me throughout the process and was able to successfully negotiate with the insurance company to get a fair settlement for what I went through. I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do, at least I know who to call in order to be properly taken care of.

I was involved in two accidents within 9 months. My first accident left me in a lot of pain, I contacted Petersen Johnson and was referred to the chiropractor right away. They made sure I was ok before anything. I knew if I was ever in an accident I would definitely use Petersen Johnson again. Then a couple of months later I was and I didn’t hesitate to call them as soon as it happened. With both my cases they’ve kept me updated, checked on my medical progress, and kept me in the loop each step of my cases. They settled my cases in a timely manner. Overall I was incredibly pleased with Petersen Johnson Avondale and I would highly recommend them to anyone involved in an accident.

They took great care of me after a horrifying accident. I was able to get all the medical care I needed in a timely manner and was back to feeling healthy again in no time. On top of all that, they were able to get me an awesome settlement which helped pay for all the damage that the accident had caused. 10/10 recommend this office! They treat you like family.

I've been working with this office since end of September 2016. I always have to contact them for updates and they never have anything to tell me. This is my first time dealing with a situation like this... I don't know the full process they have never explained a time frame of any kind. I reach out to them and they don't respond back. 1 out of 10 I would score a 1. Disappointed in the work process and extreme lack of communication. I don't think I'll be using this office again.
