I selected Ryan Hoffman of Dana Law Group to do my will/trust package based on a strong recommendation from a friend who also did a similar package about a year earlier. Sure enough, Ryan did not disappoint and he actually exceeded my expectation. He accepted my request for appointments scheduled on Saturday at a location that was quite far away from his main office and home. I don’t think too many other will/trust lawyers would be willing to accommodate clients like him. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has excellent communication skills to explain complicated and confusing legal terminology in plain English. He was very patient in answering my endless questions and I never felt being rushed. Instead of just using a routine standard will/trust package, he carefully analyzed my individual financial and family situations before recommending an optimized estate plan. He is very honest and professional, I never felt being pressured into buying additional services that are optional. Best of all, he personally followed through my case from the beginning to the end. A colleague of mine did a similar will/trust package and he only got to see the lawyer only once in the first meeting. It was his lawyer’s legal assistant who did the explaining and signing of the final documents with him. Fortunately, in my case Ryan did the signing meeting with me and I was able to get some last minute clarifications from him on the final documents. I just have whole lot more confidence on explanations provided by a lawyer than his legal aid. I really think Ryan genuinely cares about his clients and is willing to do what is best for them instead of trying to get most fees from them. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service, attitude and results. Therefore, I would also strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to do a will/trust package.

I contacted Dana Law Group to get some advice on having my Mother’s Living Trust and related documents reviewed and possibly updated since there have been several changes in my mother’s life, including deaths of beneficiaries. We worked with Zachary Dana. The initial consult was performed for no expense. It turned out this review was good not only because of the changes for my mother but many of the estate planning laws had changed in recent years. We were given sound advice and provided with several options to update and consolidate the documents. We were treated with courtesy and respect which made my mother feel comfortable even though she was quite nervous to begin with. All of the folks we worked with at Dana Law Group made a potentially difficult situation a very pleasant experience. We were also provided up front the breakdown of cost for the updates. These were provided in al-a-cart or package format and costs were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the Dana Law Group for estate planning needs.

My wife and I recently updated our estate planning. We updated our trust, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare powers of attorney. Ryan Hoffman and the staff were terrific, very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We even had a TC with our financial advisor and Ryan to make sure we were taking advantage of any and all tax situations. The entire process took about 3 weeks, very convenient. The fee was fair, not the cheapest, but we didn't want the cheapest for something this important.
