Allen Arnold was a beacon of hope to my family and myself at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Not only was he able to defend me from an unjust accusation, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional and physical success to me and those i care about the most. I am very grateful for his services and i hereby recommend Allen without reservation.

Allen took a difficult case for me during a difficult time in my life. He always kept me up to date on my case and was always very responsive to my phone calls and emails and always took time to explain if I had questions concerning my case or the law. Even though I felt like I had a strong case and the evidence to back up my claims he didn’t feel the same way and felt like my case wouldn’t even make it into court. My greatest wish was to get my day in court in front of a jury however Allen was afraid that my case wouldn’t make it that far. I lost a lot of money due to the lies and unethical actions by the other party and feeling the way that I did about the evidence that I had and the truth on my side, I truly wanted my day in court. I did finally give in and accept an offer that I felt to be a complete insult after all that I had been through however Allen seemed to feel like it was my best opportunity to at least recover something instead of risking losing everything by having the case dismissed. If I had things to do over again I would have made some different choices however the case has settled and there’s no since in looking back on it. As I said Allen was always extremely responsive and very gracious with his time in explaining the law and in giving his advice. I really appreciate him and his help with what, as I said before was a difficult case. I hope that I don’t need the services of an attorney any time in the near future however if I do I will not hesitate to call Allen for his advice and hire him again if necessary.
