This is the worst experience I have ever had. Original letters were returned as if the printer did not have enough toner in the cartridge! Why you are not representing me and you felt a need to copy my original documents while I waited to retrieve them from you I dont know. Since a contract was never established and you never signed on as my legal representative, I'm not sure why I paid you anything beyond the 100 consultation. I made several phone calls to secreatery Savannah and and another during the time period of Sept 5 to Sept 13 I sent 4 email communications and left 3 voice mails, followed by almost daily phone calls, and in return I was allowed to speak as with Izzi on Seot. 13th, one email reply on Sept. 5th. This includes none of the other times I attempted to make contact without a reply. I certainly changed my mind to allow Izzi Law Represent me in the most important case of my life.all in all I paid 1200.00 for one confirmed communication between himself and the guardian ad litem, during which time my prized offer was that IF I wanted to pay for medical records that were going to be recieved by the guardian ad litem PER RICHARD IZZI ,to be used against MY daughter, in this case possibly Icould get some sort of assistance!! One consultation and a generic piece of copy paper that has a string of list of names reffering to majority of phone calls.That is totaling 6.9 hours. 6.9 hours must average @1200.00. It is a shame that a person who contacted this law firm and placed their trust in Richard Izzi only received 6.9 hours of service between the dates July 26-27 and Sept 12th!! Hmm....if I average that amount of time over that period of days ...exactly how dedicated was Izzi to my best interest.I suggest you keep that copy of Whistleblowers in your waiting room bc as I mentioned upon exiting your offic0e...it is a darn good book!
