Review: This is the worst experience I have ever had. Original letters were returned as if the printer did not have enough toner in the cartridge! Why you are not representing me and you felt a need to copy my original documents while I waited to retrieve them from you I dont know. Since a contract was never established and you never signed on as my legal representative, I'm not sure why I paid you anything beyond the 100 consultation.
