My hired attorney at law was Jill Polster and I don’t even know where to begin with how great her services were for me. She kept me current with all of the info in regards to my case. At times I just couldn’t get community service hours done before my deadline due to personal illness and she was able to get me an extension that allowed me to complete the mandatory hours that were required of me. There were multiple times that because I didn’t live in the state of Georgia any longer, that I needed her to get me court orders and other court records that I no longer had records of.

She advised me of information that when I was a minor had not been informed about. She helped me with my retro first offender that allowed me to have a serious (misdemeanor) record that was on my criminal background check REMOVED and SEALED! My family and I were taken for a fool. After searching and researching for an attorney for a criminal matter, I decided on this firm. Actually, I had decided on another attorney whom, through conversation and real questions, I felt would get the job done effectively. Jill cunningly talked me out of it, telling me that she knew this attorney personally, and that he wouldn't give me the time of day once I paid him - of course that is scary to hear so I went with this firm. However, this firm did the same exact thing, except they sugar coated it nicely. To make a long story short, this firm had no defense strategy, and when questioned about their plan for the case, I was talked over and talked down to. Needless to say, the arrived in court with ABSOLUTELY no defense. I honestly did not know how bad it was until another attorney pointed out so many flaws in their strategy. Evidence that they let in, witness they should have objected to etc. A public defender could have did better. To pay someone your hard earned money, and still be treated like a beggar is beyond hurtful.
