Ali was incredibly supportive and worked to negotiate with his lawyer to help with what was fair for a new child support settlement. THIS IS THE ATTORNEY YOU NEED! I had Elizabeth Kuhn as my attorney and her team helped me win my case with no sweat off our backs. She is expensive however I advise you save every penny to get her because she will do it right THE FIRST TIME! I had a cheaper attorney handle my case initially and messed it up to the point it ended up costing me severely in the end. If you go with Lizz, she'll do it right the first time so the investment is worth it. So here is what happened: I had a contempt action brought against me by my ex who is a superior manipulator. Also, I was up against a judge who dislikes me to the core due to his master skill. I was screwed. I went to a cobb county workshop to see if I could potentially represent myself and quickly found out that I shouldn't. They had a list of lawyer referrals and Lizz was on there. I met Lizz and outright she took charge in the consultation. You could tell just from speaking to her that she plays NO GAMES. I chose Lizz over everyone else because of her intimidating persona on top of her vast knowledge of the law. You do not want a passive lawyer who is going to go to court all scared especially if this is a highly contested situation. (I know from experience). She was quick, efficient, everything that she did and we were billed for was used and not wasted, she knew exactly what to do, when to do it, how to do it. I am a Cardiovascular Specialist Physician. I was lucky to dabble into this law firm when I was hit with a Custody case early last year . My appointment to meet with the Principals of this law firm , Lizz and Alex was immediate . As soon as we got into the meeting , I can sense intelligence, and unrelenting probe into understanding my particular case and its peculiarities and the process of initiating a method right from the start . The office environment was without grandiosity . I was sold on retaining the law firm.
What can I say , I was impressed throughout with their handling of my case . Lizz and Alex were absolutely dedicated to my case. They did everything right. It will not have mattered whether I won my case or not. It just happened that I won. The fees charged me was two steps below their quality of service and experience . To me it was a bargain.

My choosing North Metro Litigators was pure luck. I found them on Google search and after my first meeting with Lizz, I knew I made the right choice. My child custody case lasted for over three years and I had the privilege of working with all three attorneys, Lizz, Alex and Irena. Each one brought something different to the plate but all are excellent attorneys; knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. They always updated me with emails about what was going on with my case or had me come into the office. We went to court numerous times with several different judges and each time they were well prepared and they had me well prepared.
