I would highly recommend Attorney Noreen Banks-Ware to anyone looking for legal representation that is fair. She is honest and looks out for your best Interests. She and her staff provided excellent service to me and demonstrated professionalism and personal attention to all my concerns during my divorce. It was a pleasant experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. This attorney is all about taking money from the dumb and less fortunate. Please do your research and check out her shady dealings. Not to mention that she is OVER charging for cases that could be handled without an attorney. Need more... just look over her contract and ridiculous fees and do not sign a thing! She represents those that have little to no income and charge fees knowing these people simply can not afford. Her contract will hold you hostage. Be very careful and don’t get caught up thinking she is a “sistha” helping her people. A BIG NEGATIVE. Check out several attorneys. If you are locked in by a “contract” run for the hills.

this Is deep! I’m a plantiff, not represented by her, in a family law matter where I was seeking full custody but willing to settle with joint custody. Let’s just say, there’s nothing she could bring up against me. Pound for pound, my attorney stomped her as she drafted paperwork full of lies in effort to defend my ex. On March 13th, she showed up to court in a gray maxi dress (I have several pictures to prove it) looking like she had just come from a scroll through the park.

As I dug into her a little deeper, to my surprise, she has unclean hands or at least associate herself with those that has unclean hands. Her husband, a known civil official in the greater Atlanta area, served time for money laundering and using his accountant business to run drug deals. To make matters worst, the guy that recommended Banks-ware to my ex happens to be her husbands best friend. Ironically, he too, has been convicted of multiple drug charges and has served some time in prison.

In closing, they tried their best to have the courts to break me down but GOD!!! I beat 4 restraining orders, without an attorney at the time and recently won my motion to compel.

Now here’s the sad part, Noreen has taken it upon herself to lie about financial charges that the defendant accrued during my slam dunk victorious case. Noreen wasn’t aggressive at all in this case and spent over 3 months being reactive to my and my attorneys requests, motions and such.

Though, we’ve been going through the motions with court, I still have a heart and was able to see the entire ring of deceitful and gross misconduct by her and the folks that surrounds her. Her name is all over a company that’s currently scheming people out of tens of thousands of dollars... and this is facts. In less than thirty days, there will be a massive investigation that may become public.

Although I’m fighting a custody case, I’m smart enough to know that my ex’s decisions weren’t that of her own. They were enforced by fraudulent people. Boy was I right!

Unless you want to get caught up in funny dealings, run for the hills

AGAIN, I HAVE LOST NOTHING DEALING WITH HER FEISTY YET REACTIVE APPROACH. IM JUST WARNING YOU TO STAY CLEAR!!!

This lady is a crook! My "sister" hired this woman after I came back to our deceased mother's house in 2016. My sister had always been jealous of my relationship with our mother since growing up, I had heart problems. Unfortunately my mom did not leave a will but had always expressed how she wanted things when she was gone. My sister didn't care about that! She repeatedly told me she didn't want my mom's house and I said, let me just stay here and I'll eventually buy you out. She wasn't hearing that so when she hired this crook one of the many illegal things they did was have the water meter removed from the ground of my mother's house(which I was living in) just to be ugly. This was illegal because we were in dispossessory court and they weren't supposed to do anything to try to force me to leave. They lost that case! When they lost, her and her attorney got somebody they knew to pose as a "buyer" for my mom's house. This person was the only person who my "sister" showed around the house and boom, she wanted the house. After a failed mediation and them seeing that I wasn't gonna just give up my mother's house(there really was no reason to sell it plus it was my only place to live), they went to a whole different level of ugly. Her attorney(who I have been told has connections with people in the Dekalb County courts as well as the Dekalb County Police Department) set up something where my "sister" would attack me, knowing I would call the police, but the officer would arrest me. And that's exactly what happened! I've never had any issues with the law in my life and my sister has put her hands on me before. The officers were aware of this and they had been out numerous times because of my sister's behavior(she was gone from the house for a long time then suddenly came back to "sell" it). But it was clear this officer was paid off. I'm the one who called the police and was attacked first but he didn't ask me what happened or why I called. The first thing he asked me for was my ID; he had already made his mind up that he was gonna arrest me. This all fit into my "sister" and her lawyer's plan to get me out of my mom's house so they could "sell" it. This was about a month or 2 before this "buyer" was to move in. They even set it up again for me to be arrested when I wasn't even near my sister. I was told by several attorneys that this lady Noreen is a crook just like her husband who's currently in prison. Unless you want to be associated with a crooked, conniving criminal like this lady(and I use that term very loosely) then look elsewhere. There's so much more I could tell but this review would turn into a full book! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Mrs. Banks-Ware was very supportive and nice. I totally recommend her services.

At first when I paid for the service I did write a review that said if I knew what I knew I would not had went to this firm. But after talking to Attorney Bank-Ware she was very open to wanting to know why I gave one star and said what I said, after I explain myself she said I should have email her because of her schedule she is not in the office most of the time. But I tell you it paid off after yesterday, she did that and I do apologize for not contacting her first before rating one star. And I do recommend this firm. If there was scale from 1 and 10 I would rate it a 10 all the way.

Attorney Banks-Ware is dedicated, understanding, compassionate and fervent. She is responsive and takes time to explain every aspect of the process. She presented the pros and cons when dealing with a specific Court. She is honest and conscientious. Her office staff is warm, welcoming, considerate and truly compliments what they stand for. Together they aim for a successful, stress reduced process during times of despair. I would recommend Mrs. Banks-Ware at every opportunity I have to anyone in need of her services.

I had a bad experience wth this law firm. This firm knows whn u seek their services u r n an emotional state so, certain words r used and phrased 2 mislead u. I was quoted a $2500 charge 2 retain their services. I thought $2500 retainer fee was just that a retainer for fees i accured. But to my dismay, $2000 of that retainer fee was for what they call a "engagement fee". Granted i did sign the contract and it clearly distinguishs the engagement fee but, it was never expressed to me that $2000 of the $2500 was for the firm to take the case and its non refundable. Once my emotions got leveled and i discovered this deceit, i no longer wanted their representation. After all was said and done, i ended up with a copy of the decree and still n the sitiuation i was trying to get out of minus $2600. Additional $100 for filing fee that was never filed

I wish I knew than what I know now, never would have use this law firm.
