I got Mr. Jason info from my brother who had used him before. At the time I was very unhappy and stress with my than lawyer. From the first meeting Mr. Jason took on my case like he knew me for years. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was willing to take on my case which had already been over a year old. I don’t know what I would have done without him. The same day he was on the phone helping me with some issues I was having with my old lawyer. Staff is very unprofessional to black people. My white friend recommended them and had a completely different experience then me. They did not get me back as much money as they could have unless they kept most of it. Also there staff argues with you instead of communicating when you have basic questions. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The paralegal assigned to my case did a terrible job representing my best interests. When the insurance company denied my claim - I made (1) phone call and discovered the reason was because a block (reason code) was checked incorrectly on the claim form by the physical therapist and the subsequent denial by the insurance company. Why am I paying this firm 30% of my claim if my paralegal assigned to my case can't even do the minimum to get my case resolved.
