We met with Mr. Sperr today, he was punctual, prompt, and informative. My wife and both have to work so our appointment was later in the afternoon. Because of the nature of our need (Wills & Living Trust) we had a lot of questions and scenario based outcomes. Mr. Sperr was patient, thorough, attentive, and very well mannered. By the time we had finished, his staff had left the office and he never skipped a beat, we genuinely felt a surprisingly warm atmosphere from Mr. Sperr. His mannerisms did not equal that of his colleagues who from previous experience were more concerned with the hourly billing. We neither felt like just a number, nor a cash register.
