I give them 5 stars for knowledge but 0 stars for follow-through. If they owe you any kind of document or paperwork, you better go to their office and sit there until they physically give it to you. I've waited almost a year for a form that they keep promising to email me. I've called and emailed until I can't take it anymore. At this point, I guess I need to drive back to SC and sit in their office. Unfortunately, I can't do that so I'm here warning anyone thinking of working with them. Good luck...
