They have great customer service. They keep you updated regularly. Everything they said they were going to do they did in a timely fashion. I would definitely use them again.

My son (a lawyer) recommended I use Darren Odesnik at Kanner & Pintaluga after he had had a very positive experience with him, and I fully agree. Darren kept me apprised at each step, explained why the case was progressing slowly, and was totally professional and easy to work with. I must say that I totally expected more from this firm. Very poor communication. It seemed like all hands on deck to get the case. Then fizzle days to respond. Thank goodness its over. And the 33% they got... Almost half of settlement was a lesson well learned.

This was the first time I ever got into an accident and needed a lawyer so I picked them since it was a name I heard all the time. They were very clear about the process and how it would go. Anytime I emailed I always received an email back that same day. Settlement was ok I thought I would have got more money than I did but I didn’t have medical insurance and they still made sure I was treated so the appts cost was outrageous so the lawyer needed up with a little more money than me. But overall I would issue them again and would recommend them to others.

Darren was very direct with concern concerning my case, we weren't pleas of the outcome that State Farm didn't pay the full amount but other than he was very helpful on there matters as well, over all I would like to thank him an your staff for the courtesy he showed me though out the first proceeds that was given to me. I previously wrote a review and just wanted to update my experience. I initially contacted this office about a claim and I had a pretty decent experience. Although it is pending litagation and going on almost 2 years.

I called today and spoke with Jeanie, about a minor accident that occured that I thought I could handle myself which slowly turned into a nightmare and called to get a "free consultation" as they advertise. I spoke with Jeannie and proceeded to tell her what happened. She was short with me and over talked me and in the middle of the call I do believe she hung up on me. I called back after NOT receiving a return call and was told that she was on the phone with another client and couldn't speak with me (wow) but would call back.

When she called back she never apologized for the disconnected call and said that she couldn't give me any type of consulatation and they couldn't help me. All I asked of you was for the "free consulatation" that you advertise and in turn was treated quite poorly today. If you actually don't offer "free consulatation" why advertise it? Or simply say that it's contingent on if we decide to pursue your case ONLY. Very disappointed in the manner in which I was treated today by a company who is currently representing me.

They are good at what they do. I'm very happy.

The best in town there was an adjuster at my house an hour after my accident. They took care of all my hospital bills and was left with a nice lump sum. This law firm is a complete scam. The attorney fees will be more than your personal injury check. Out $5,940 I received $1,300 that's robbery. Good Luck!!! There secretary is very rude and nasty. All of the five rating are people who work for them. Scam artist.

This was a long process with my husband having another case that was kinda tied together with this one. Darren and staff made it easy and seemless. Shenondoah and I would like to thank Darren Odesnik for all his hard work and fighting for us during Shenondoah's accident he had in Aug 7, 2017. This is the worst law firm I have ever came across. They took my accident case they were responding at first and emailing promptly the first week of meeting them. They made a impression that they were going to win the case a week later of calling the customer service rep that answers the phone looks up my account puts me on hold and comes back and say that the law firm can't represent me because of the passenger that was in my car who filed a case with them also but to make a long story short they gave my info to another law firm who didnt take the case and never once did they contact me to inform me of what they were doing. Once I spoke with the insurance company they really didnt want to represent me because of a mistake on the police report. I highly recommend no one to this law firm they are very unprofessional, cant be trusted and I wish I could have rated them -000
