Never ever hire This Attorney! After he get paid he don't even remember who u are. Very rude racist! He charge me 600$ to dismis the ticket, but he he didn't even try to dismiss it! If u ask question about your ticket he gonna ask u more money to answer it.

Very bad problem with Mark! He charged me $600 to fix a problem with a license suspension out of California. He told me the problem was fixed. I called the California DMV only to find out my license was still suspended. I found out how to fix the problem and fixed ot myself. Be very careful I do not recommend any one using him for an important legal matter

Lets see where do i start. I'm a truck driver. I came to Mark and told him what my situation was. I paid 1,100 for 2 tickets. First one was in madera, ca it was for driving in the middle lane too long. Sec was a cell phone ticket on the grapevine. He said he can reduce the infraction on the first one, on the second he said he's good with the judge and he can probably get it dropped. He took care of the first one and had it reduced. I called him one day about the second one and asked him does he think he can still get it dropped. Literally i swear that's all i asked. Then he starts yelling at me just because i asked him that. Oh yeah he then asked for 500 more because i was putting alot of pressure on him. What!!!!!! It's an infraction not murder. Oh yeah he doesn't have a secretary answers his own calls, never remembers who u are and also will forget everything u talked about before. Maybe he must didn't like me idk

Unfortunately it was worst experience ever!

I had a little issue with sending a check to pay for his service. I gave him a call to figure out what should I do and he instead of help gave me attitude, he said do not ask him stupid questions, if I'll ask him something again he will double the price, he was very rude, aggressive and finally hung up the phone!!!

If I pay money, I expect at least normal attitude, I want my questions to be answered and job to be well done. But if someone acts like hysteric, how can I trust him? How can I let him work on my case?! How can I talk to him at all?

I will never recommend this lawyer to anybody!
