Review: Stephen listened to my case and agreed with me that I was innocent of the charges against me but was apparently not aware of Federal Rules and Guidelines. He entered a motion for me to withdraw my plea long past the time allowed to do so. Judge Biery questioned Stephen's competency and experience in Federal court during the hearing, denied the request and threw me into Federal prison immediately, even though I was scheduled to self report after I had my restitution hearing.
