Review: I am updating 1/30/20. I reached out to S&G (last attempt) and my call WAS answered. The Assistant knew who I was, they were aware of my review. I was impressed that they empathized with my reference point, and were EXTREMELY professional, polite and apologetic. They had rectified the error and said I wouldn’t get any more bills or emails.
