Debra does excellent work. Very competent and thorough lawyer. I would recommend her work to anyone who needs her focused area of law.

I went in to have some papers looked over beforeI Signed them. As attorney prices go hers were in line with the average price. The good thing is, they break it down to 6 minute increments.

She was friendly, professional, helpful and charged me fairly! I believe she will do right by anyone she represents.

No court involved in my case so I can't give an opinion on that, but she's been up here doing business for a pretty long time and that speaks to longivity. Usually a business that aren't good don't last years! I will go to her again if the need ever arises!

Paid Debra Popineau $2500 to set up a irrevocable Family Trust in August of 2018 with everything going to my 16 year old daughter at age 25. I have heath issues and my days are numbered. I called this office today about amending the trust from age 25 to age 30. I was told Debra will get back to me. 1 hour later her asst. call and said the Trust can NOT be amended. I go on line and did some research and found that a irrevocable trust can be amended in California. I called the office a told the asst. this and she said she will have Debra get back to me. No call back all day. I call back the office at 4:30 and the asst. told me the Debra wrote me a letter and I should receive it tomorrow. I find it amazing that this lawyer found time to write a letter, but not time to speak to me. She was in the office all day.....I guess I'm not $$worth$$ her time.

This lady is a crook. Shes over priced and double charges for fees already paid. I wouldnt trust her. I have reported her to the state board for disiplinary action

Helped me tremendously while I had to act as executor of an estate.

This firm refused to help my Dad at a hospital two blocks from their office. My Dad is of sound mind with a failing body. She didn't even take the time to speak with me on the phone. Shame on Debra Popineau.
