Gentleman on the phone was polite. I called in because I have an important question regarding renewable energy credits. It probably wouldve taken 5 minutes to clear up; I called first out of courtesy because the website says free consultation and the man who answered the phone said they're too busy with IRS issues and have no time for a question like that. That's very unfortunate. In the business world I understand delegating your time but if you turn people away because their question seems insignificant (especially if you dont know who you are talking to) then it's not a firm I want to deal with.

Honest! Fair! Knowledgeable. Not out to scam you out of your hard earned money. They genuinely care about you and your financial situation. They have empathy and want to help you in any way that they can. They told me what I needed to do free of charge. They patiently listened to my lengthy situation, and asked me many clarifying questions to determine what the best course of action would be for me, whether this earned them a dime or not. They did not charge me a penny for providing me with the proper terminology, all my options to resolve this, and the method to do so via the IRS directly. I would ABSOLUTELY use them in the future. Didn’t do nothing for me I was giving high hope that I they could resolve this issue with a fresh start then after a couple of months I was where I started they didn’t even negotiate with the IRS on my behave. I started getting letters from the IRS with my balance and due dates.

Seriously great. I was in pretty deep with the IRS but they got my proposed payment down to a manageable rate with a payment plan. Reasonable rate, knowledgeable employees
