Attorney Jeremy Davis is absolutely the best! My divorce was so stressful and took 3 years to close after I originally filed due to my ex-husband not cooperating. Attorney Davis was very patient throughout the years. He was very knowledgeable about the laws and gave me the best advice/recommendations even though sometimes it wasn't what I wanted to hear but it was for the best. I can't say enough about the quality of representation and professionalism of this firm, especially Mr. Davis. My case was extremely complex, involving a bankruptcy, a judgement of nearly 250K that occured while I was in bankruptcy protection and being represented by another attorney, a lien on maritial assets and a rule 60 motion for relief.

Initially Mr. Davis was uncertain that he could assist me however, he began to tackle the issues one at a time and within 90 days, negotiated a settlement on the judgement, had the lien released, and represented me with skill in arbitration for the rule 60 motion saving me thousands in the process.

My divorce issue

These guys were great with my case!! I tried for 6 years to locate my husband and start divorce proceedings and unable to get it resolved. A friend of mine referred me to Jeremy, I scheduled my free consultation and they immediately put my mind at ease.....AND 3months later it was a done deal!!

This "group" is a complete joke. They literally "put in" "add" anything in favor of the female. They are trying to receive alimony on a Marriage that lasted maybe 4 months. They do not know their motions/rights as an attorney/lawyer. Complete bogus. They are about to cost this young lady and her family a lot of money. There are no children involved.... no hefty (joint) purchases over a certain amount. She worked off and on but kept losing her job. Her family (grandmother) paid her phone bill, her car note, her rent and gas money for the WHOLE time we were together. And Mr.Davis is trying For alimony.... I will be sure to update this in the near future. Please save your time and money.

I wasn’t happy with Jeremy Davis services. He did not return my phone calls. Most of his emails went to junk mail. He’ll make you sign a contract with no refunds if you decide to leave. I was very displeased with his services.

I had a monster problems this year with my license being classified incorrectly as suspended when it wasn't. These gentlemen handled it in no time. They were professional, courteous, and fast to take action. Will use them for any future issues that may happen.

I gave Jeremy Davis a $1500.00 retainer fee to handle my divorce which he gladly accepted in April of 2016. From April 2016 to September 2017 he has done nothing but act as a mediator in my divorce proceedings. He does NOT advise whatsoever. He sent me the same paperwork over and over that I had to get notarized each time and mail back to him. When I begin to call him out on how terrible he is as an attorney and how he basically was a messenger who relayed messages from my ex wive's attorney he quit before the divorce was even final. He did not make sure it was filed, I DID.
He NEVER NEGOTIATED anything JUST SUGGESTED I COMPLY with my ex wive's wishes and since he was my attorney I trusted him. Nine days before my divorce was to be final I find out that I have a parenting class to complete to complete the process HE NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME AT ALL and I don't even live in TN anymore. Dec 2013 I hired mr Davis and ended up firing him in September 2014 . He lied and claimed in February he had turned in requested documents for my ex wife months ago I have emails to prove it. Come to find out I had unnecessary things filed against from my now ex wife only because he did not do what he was suppose to do. I ask him have you file my documents or requested my ex wife's documents come to find out he did not the day before I fired he rushed to turn in the documents. Then would not give me my money back. He not an honesty lawyer RUN don't walk you . Once the other lawyer took over officially in October the divorce was finish by February. But it's been over a year and my new lawyer is trying to still fix his mess ups that he did in juvenile court I was stuck paying 918.00 temporary order based off of incorrect information he did not defend me and has cost me soooo much money. If you already have him ask him to show you proof every time he claims he had done something. Reply to owner. Mutual consent you are right for you to withdraw off my case after blowing the juvenile case and dropping the ball on my divorce like the proof is in black and white I encourage anyone considering hiring this lawyer to google my name for divorce and you will see for your self exactly how my case went and when he rushed to turn in documents that I gave him months ago I was put in contempt for his incompetence and dishonesty saying he did what he was suppose to do and in reality he has drop the ball. This cost me quite of bit of money and time. And I guarantee if I did not turn in documents or do what I was supposed to do I would not have a well known lawyer in Memphis on my case today.
