Mitch, Jesse and Vicky were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was in an accident and the at-fault driver's insurance company was difficult to work with. I had a very strange circumstance at a local major chain restaurant here in Nashville, located in the Westend area.

I spoke with the Mitch Grissim firm and Jesse Waterman handled my case. I met Mitch Grissim as Jesse was handling the case and those that know me well will tell you that I'm not quick to compliment you simply because you are doing something that I may benefit from. However, not only are these guys professional in how they handle the case, but they treat you very kind.

I would recommend this law firm very strongly as many of you may know there are too many spineless attorneys that will ,( in the words of Moe from the Three Stooges), "try and double cross you".

My case was handled in no time and they just didn't want to go against the firm and it's long term good name that has been built in the city. They were also preparing for the long haul fight had it been necessary and I would use them again if ever needed!!!! Really professional, yet down to earth. Great job Jesse and Mitch!!!

2 days before Christmas 2018 i was in a wreck and no fault of mine as i couldnt avoid it even when i tried. About a month later i decided to find a attorney and i looked at reviews and decided mitch grissom and associates had the best all around experiences from others in my position. I was in a personal injury accident while pregnant due to someone rear ending me. I had retained Mitch before for an earlier accident where I was hit by a drink driver (apparently people like hitting me!). The years between the accidents was about 6 years or so, but the service was the same. Brenda Cagle, the paralegal was still as nice and expedient as she was before. Jesse, the lawyer that handled the settlement was polite and understanding. I got a bigger settlement than anticipated and I got to pay the majority of my out of pocket medical bills with it. Hopefully, I won't need a lawyer again, but if so, they'll definitely be the ones I call.

I was involved in a automobile accident and was struck in the rearend of my car while sitting still at a red light by a guy who was high on drugs and told me that was his 2x being in a wreck that week and it was only Wednesday! I was taken to the hospital in a ambulance and had major whiplash to my neck and woke up the next morning and could hardly move my body. I made a phone call which was returned the same day by one of the attorneys to discuss my case and schedule a consultation for later in the week. I traveled from west Tennessee to Nashville and met the team that was assigned to my case. First of all I totally forgot to write this review as I promised that I would back several months ago once the settlement had taken place. I have never had to use an injury attorney before until I had a wreck where someone ran a red light at hit me back at the end of November 2016. I had to go through several doctor visits and about two months of Physical Therapy. Jesse and Brenda were great to work with. I didn't have a lot of interaction with Mitch Grissim himself; but the two times that I was face to face with him, he was just a super nice and down to Earth guy. You can tell that he truly cares about his law firm and his reputation. God forbid me to ever need an injury attorney again, but if I do; you can better believe that I will go through his firm again. I could not be happier with the outcome of my settlement. It was not so much of the settlement, it was the hassle of going back and forth with the insurance companies all day long. In an already stressful job, a stressful home life, I did not need the stress of this accident. Mitch and Brenda Cagle met with me and that day took over my case and got the ball rolling. They sabotaged my lawsuit. The DAY before it was to go to trial, they DROPPED me as a client. During the deposition, they acted like THEY were on the defense, asking a hostile witness questions the defense should have been asking and talking to the witness like she was their friend. Jesse and Vicky were involed in my case. They were so helpful. I loved how they kept me involved throughout the enitre expierence. I was given an estimate, and wound up getting way more then expected. This was a hard time but they made it alot easier with all the hard work put in on my case. I would refer this law office to those in need but recommend you deal with Ms. Cagle.
