Called and spoke with a gal here giving details of our issue. She said we would receive a call from one of the attorneys. Well, we didn't receive a call. Two weeks later we called again and went through same details, etc to once again be told an attorney will call us. Nobody ever called. Drove all the way across the mountain to talk to someone in person only to be told that no attorneys were in (there were vehicles in the back). Left name and number and told lady about calling twice already. She assured us an attorney would call. Again, nobody called. I'm a baseball kind of gal - 3 strikes and you're out.
