Absolutely amazing people!!! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

The whole group from the front desk to the lawyers are great. I filed for my disability with another Lawyer before Bill Hotz and they were a joke. Bill Hotz meet with me on multiple occasions and kept me up to date on everything. I won my case with them and beyond happy with there services. They know there stuff and like I said they are friendly, hard working group.

In August of 2018 my girlfriend was rear ended on Kingston pike at a red light. She obtained Bill Hotz as attorney. After doing the leg work for the attorney, getting bad representation, letting her medical bills go into collection, they emailed her today dropping her as a client because they wouldn't make enough. Which is their right unfortunately. But maybe they should not be so fast to take it without doing some investigations. And before they let bills get turned over to collection and destroy someone's credit. Think twice when choosing. I know we will NEVER choose this firm again.

My mother was in a wreck her vehicle was rear ended while she was trying to turn into her driveway...Her vehicle was totaled and she was taken off in an ambulance, they refused to help her because they said her case was not PROFITABLE enough for them to pursue it.They are totally useless unless you are going to make them a fortune. They don't care about anyone but themselves.Don't waste your time with them

Zach Tenry was an excellent choice for my case. His experience was right in line for what I needed after my injury. He was with me every step of the way and gave me clear expectations. I went through surgery, pain and physical therapy. Once I got better, it came time to settle the case. He worked with the insurance company to get me a fair, prompt settlement.
I am an RN and I'n not easily impressed but Zach and his staff deserve 5 stars!! I would highly recommend him!

They did not try really hard for a big settlement. Bill Hotz acted like my case was not worth his time. Almost 4 years later and still injured from the wreck and tons of medical bills for me to pay myself. Find someone who cares about you, won't find them here.
