Highly recommend. If he says he can do something he does it.... I first met Lee wheatley back in 2011 and didn't even have the money at that time to pay him. He still took my case and others after allowing me to make payments. I'm not saying he will do this for everyone and I read the comments others saying he was rude. False! Lee wheatley is not rude and his paralegal or the guy who sets appointments is not rude... He has a deep voice but they was nothing but professional and got $25k in restitution thrown out. He also got me out and later got me off county probation because they was trying everything to violate me. He and his staff take the time to talk and go about your case in a very professional manner. What goes on between you and him stay's that way. Lee Wheatley will fight for you. He doesn't just set there like other attorney's and agree with the state. He argues one hell of a case and doesn't retreat. This man will fight the same whether you pay him or the court appoints him. He is to me one of the best lawyers in east Tennessee and the heck with the others. He can't be put in the others category. Lee wheatley is the true definition of what a lawyer should be. So to all the hater's, keep hating and while you're setting in jail waiting 9 months for trial, everyone else will be setting on their sofa with their wife and kids and going places you can't because you must didn't like the tone of his voice. I would rather have a Lion in the courtroom, you stick with the kitty .

The best lawyer ever

Do not go to this attorney office they are very rude I went in twice this was my deceased father's attorney I went in on two diff occasions and both times they were rude and disrespectful the first time I went in they had really bad attitudes second time I went into to try n pay any debts owed and they ask me how they could help so I stated to tell then I didn't even get two words out before he said I've got to answer the phone if you could call us and we may be able to talk this is the worst lawyers office I have ever seen very disrespectful and very very rude
