I’m sure she is a good attorney, but her staff needs improvement. I called inquiring about a quit claim to change my NC property to my trust. It is an out of state trust, but the property is in NC, thus requiring an NC lawyer. The lady said they didn’t edit trusts and had to do a new one, I mentioned I didn’t live there and just needed my property changed over. She said they couldn’t help me because Sabrina is at a conference and there wasn’t enough time. I never said I was on a time limit, if she doesn’t do a quit claim, that’s fine but just say she doesn’t. I don’t understand why her being at a conference has anything to do with this, other than I would have to wait, which I was willing to do. She tried to rush me off the phone and kept telling me to go elsewhere. If Sabrina doesn’t do a quit claims for out of state trusts(pretty normal request) then that’s ok, but I felt more like the lady didn’t want to be bothered. It could have been handled way better. Not a problem, I called 4 other estate attorneys and they all had no issues and knew exactly with what I was requesting. I will just go with one of them.
