I had a small matter (dispute with a shady contractor) that I needed representation for and chose Mr.Freeman ... he kept me informed every step of the way, provided sound advice and closed the matter expeditiously. Matthew Niemiec is by far the worst attorney I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He represented my mother in a divorce , which was settled almost a year ago and has yet to provide any type of billing or accounting of any of the money. He has held almost $5,000 in overages from her retainer fee and his only response is a promise to provide the billing summary and money at a future date. These dates continue to be postponed, as each promise expires. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.
