Not a positive experience, which is even more frustrating after reading all these glowing reviews from other people. My car was totaled in an accident, and I was injured. My case received little to no attention in the nearly two years it took to receive a settlement. I wasn’t pleased with the outcome, but also needed to move on with my life so I accepted it. This was my first time needing legal representation in my life, and hopefully it’s the last.

I had a accident were someone hit me head on while I was sitting at a red-light on a moped I had road rash and a cuncusstion and just the memories of it happened is worse but I decided to look for some help for Comfort and I found it and they instantly got intouch and came to see me and after I got it going was kinda nervous there would be no result but just for trying to find help they said they got me 4500 to 5500 after med bills and there fee but that's a suprise to me cause I coulda never bothered to seek help so give it a try it's worth something thank y'all soo much I got some comfort out of this.

I had a great experience with my case back in 2014, therefore when my wife got into a car accident this past February I referred her to this office. I do regret my decision, we couldn't get anybody to call us back for months. Also do not accept their recommended rehab or chiropractic, their treatment costs are over priced. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE EVER!

Zachary Poole is good at what he does as is his assistant Rachel. They handled my injury case and kept in contact with me throughout the process. My wreck was in November of 2018 and they settled my case in August of 2019. I think that is a very quick turnaround.

ONLY LOOK OUT FOR HOW FIRM GERS PAID AND NOT FOR CLIENTS. TALK ABOUT HOW THEY CARE ABOUT YOU BUT SELL OUT TO OPPOSING LAWYERS AND FIRMS AT MINUTES NOTICE. This group are total crooks. There communication was next to nothing for the three years that my case dragged out. My wife and I hsd to continually contact them for updates that we now know they were doing very little until statute of limitations was about to run put, and we pushed them to do something with the case. After 3 uears we finally get an appointment with an actual attorney Brad Balaban and let me tell you he is as slimy as lawyers come. Could never produce documents without having 10 days to do so but when we fianlly said settle fot the crappy amount they got for us he produced the break down in seconds. Took their percentage off the top then paid outstanding medical bills so their percentage came out to be 50% of payout. Then after reviewing the break out they went to my insurance company behind my back for a payout which will now increase my insurance premiums for the next three years.
Unless you are a high profile case I would stay away from these crooks and epesially Brad Balavan and Frank Voler as they are just slimy.

Poor communication, always has a list of excuses never available. I thought I would get a high end lawyer because of the Marcari name, but I was very wrong. I felt like because my case wasn't a load of money, that it was a second thought for the law firm. Will NEVER use them again.

Im at the most crucial point I believe in my case right now.. and to my knowledge this firm has been as honest as they promised in advertisement. Up to date I have no complaints of the service and/or people I actually thoroughly enjoyed the energy from the client coordinator Tony Brabham. Only time will tell how it plays out in the end, but they got me a second opinion from the first doctor. And we discovered I needed physical therapy. I had a concussion and could not process what I was feeling physically. Had I not called this firm, the chances of me healing properly from this accident virtually didn't exist. Not very interactive at all it seems like if they have your case and its not a million dollar lawsuit your file sits there and collects dust ,but what didn't like is that they won't keep you informed about what's happening with the case i would have to be the one calling asking questions in addition to that i don't believe they fight to get you the maximum amount of money you should get. i should have chosen another law firm
