It’s hard to believe there are real heroes in our world today. I would like to give testimony about one of the heroes in my life, his name is Sam Spagnola. I can’t speak of another person who I hold in higher regard than Sam. Sam was the only attorney I found in Guilford County, N.C. who fought for my son and I. I had been through eight attorneys - hour long consultation fees, each cost about $200 to $250/hr. I hired three other lawyers in Guilford County who represented me poorly, over a period of five years, before I found Sam. I went to an attorney because I needed legal help; I didn’t know the law. I found no one would help me. I went “through the wringer” with the court system and trying to find an attorney who would represent my best interests in court. I was able to relocate with my son to Virginia to be with my extended family because of Sam. After fighting out of court with my ex wife for over a year, Mr. Spagnola was able to advise me and negotiate split custody of my kids. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process of the impending hearings. He also was very effective in my Equitable Distribution case. He never offered false hope, but was forthcoming with what outcomes I might expect.
