Can Anybody tell me what can I do to recover $30, 000 I over paid in child support, i have spent $1500 in layers fees with a film out of Texas and still paying CS my son about to turn 28 I contacted NC child support, TX Attorney General, I cant do this no more. Can the mother still get this money and not face any consequences???

Edit: I was amazed at first but during the actual custody portion I became disappointed. It took a month to sign our part to get things moving for custody (our fault) but then it took close to two months for opposing party to receive documents. There was also a lack of communication on how things were progressing. Some thousand dollars later and got nothing custody wise. We gave up. Still extremely thankful for representing us for the first part of this journey though.

I cannot say enough good things. We hired them to represent us on a Monday and had court on Thursday and they moved fast to have everything in place for Thursday. Without their efficiency, we wouldn't had attained the positive results that we did. We are really thankful for them.
