Great staff, extremely friendly & helpful

Called them a total of 5 times hoping for a call back to get legal representation. I was never told they wouldnt take my case nor was I told any other information stating why I didn't recieve any calls returning mine. I left my information with two different receptionist and still absolute nothing.

I called them to talk to them about a disability decision that I wanted to appeal, and they told me they don't help out in that situation. They didn't want to listen to me.

Although they weren't able to help me . I received great customer satisfaction and they are slso.extremly flexable with appointments and always greet with a smile .. seems as of they don't overload cases and give time to discuss ur legal matters and answers any questions ... Good place to start

I'm tell everyone if you get hurt and you wanna fight for you case don't go this place period. They don't keep you up dated or nothing and they don't wanna help you in no way. I got hurt at my job and I was suppose to have got workers comp and I went to this horror place and they butter you up and tell you what they want to hear and have you thinking they gone fight for you but don't do nothing like you gotta email them a lot to get information on your case and then they wait late to tell u they drop your caes sorry people I have ever met. And they don't have a lot of people anyways . Horrible customers service and rude people but dont go to these people .

This law firm is messed up. They dropped my personal injury case without having the decency to contact me. I only found out through the other party's insurance company. I called them today to get answers, they said, well we sent you a letter in the mail today explaining why. Be careful with who you choose to represent you.

Apparently unwilling to work disability cases, despite having their website state that they do handle them. I received an email stating they tried to get in touch with me but my mailbox was full.. I never received a call and my mailbox is empty. In the email I was referred back to the SSA.gov site to read up on the verbiage about qualifying and disqualifying factors... as if I hadn't already utilized that. Disappointed to say the least.

Ill have to agree with previous clients . Communication with clients is dismal. 1 year later still no results. Calls not returned. Just a wierd business model.Was told .the laws have changed over the years so I guess if u get hit at a stoplight by a car going 55 mph hard to get insurance company's to accept fault. Murcia

Attorney Carpenter assisted me with a very nasty custody case in which my prior Attorney and Disbarred Attorney completed "BOTCHED!" She was not only efficient in navigating through 12 years worth of Court Orders but was also effective in her preparation of my "Motion." She made me feel comfortable with her abilities of being able to handle my "Narcissistic Sociopath Ex's manipulative ticks and scams." In court she was even better, and her memory to detail was exceptional. At the end of the hearing she reimbursed me monies that she didn't utilize. Because I have had a long history (12years) in Cumberland County Courts I will tell you that a gesture like this is "rare to none" from other esquires. I left the Court House with a better feeling about "justice" and know there still is a such thing as "justice!"

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO OBTAIN ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I HAVE CALLED FOUR BUSINESS DAYS IN A ROW. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES BOTH WITH A SECRETARY AND ON MACHINE. THEY HAVE HOWEVER BEEN QUITE POLITE, JUST NOT HELPFUL IN THE LEAST. I WAS RECOMMENDED THIS FIRM BY A FRIEND OF MINE AND I HAVE WAITED FOR THEIR RESPONSE TO MAKE A DECISION REGARDING MY CITATION. I WILL HOWEVER NOT WAIT ANY LONGER FOR A RESPONSE AND I URGE OTHERS NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH THEM EITHER.
