I love the people at the office, they are so nice. They work with you and keep you updated on everything that is going on with your case. When they say they will get you your money, they do not play.

They sent me an advertisement for their services alone with the accident report saying to call them and discuss my serious accident. I called and explained to them everything that happened only for them to call me back and tell me they couldn’t take my case and would “refer me to partner firm”. Why send me your brochure and ask me to call you for your assistance and you’re just going to make me waste my time? They wouldn’t even tell me why they couldn’t take the case after they offered! Ridiculous. Maybe my case wasn’t going to “win” them too much money, as they get paid out of commission. Don’t offer if you won’t deliver. Period.

From the moment I contacted them, they were on my side. I was upset and somewhat fearful about the process, yet from minute one I felt at ease. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. It is a busy law firm, but everyone that worked on my case took time to really listen to my concerns.
My attorneys were very realistic and told me up front what to expect. They helped me get through many an anxious day. I am so grateful for everyone that worked with me. I feel like I made the right choice and if ever I needed a law firm again I would without a doubt choose James Scott Farrin, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Waited for a call from this firm to be informed if they would be able to file my case within the 60 days remaining in the statute I had left. Only to call a couple days later to find out why I haven't heard a response and be told they mailed me a letter??? After I was told they would call and let me know if they would be able to represent my son. Because they knew it was time sensitive. Therefore wasting 2 days of my 60... Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of time sensitive matters definitely would not recommend this firm.

Called them on a Sunday and they showed up the next day i was excited to see them and they are very family oriented.

From the very beginning stages of my claim to the end I could not recommend more the services of James Scott Farrin. Initially what sold me on the array of different firms that wanted to hold a case for my accident, JSF had the most professional portfolio of documents sent to my door regarding what my case consisted of and how they can help. I had full faith in the professionalism in this company and it almost seemed too good of service to be true. The only input I would give which isn't directed to this firm is to be patient with your situation.

I had a great experience with the Law offices of James Scott Farrin. Everyone that worked with me from the beginning stages of my case to the end provided excellent customer service, they all were very understanding, professional and walked me through- they kept me informed. Dawn, the parralegal had lots of patience and was very consistent and persistent as it related to a certain aspect of my case, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome of my case and how everything was handled.

I got injured at work then got fired. I called JSF and they accepted my case. As a Christian I just wanted my company to be responsible for what they owed me which should have been medical care. Because I would not bend on my morals and take a small settlement JSF dropped as a client and sent me on my way. They said the chances of winning the case in court was to low and they were not going to risk losing. Wish I would not have wasted my time.

Very disappointed. They rejected my case and would not tell me why. But gave me a telephone number to help me find a lawyer. I called it and it just kept advertising free offers. This feels like a slap in the face, a waste of my time, and I definitely do not recommend this company.
